The Barn at Villa Venezia is one of our favorite New York wedding venues. Nestled within the beautiful Hudson Valley the venue is the perfect place to host your countryside wedding. We are so excited to share JoAnna & Shane’s beautiful wedding day and a little bit about their love story.
How did you and Shane meet?
We met in college. We both played sports so Shane played baseball and I played soccer and we first met waiting for a ride in front of the dorms and had a quick conservation and then met again via a mutual friend in the beach in Long Beach island.
How did Shane propose?
He actually proposed to be at the same spot on the beach where we met for the second time.
What’s your favorite memory from your wedding day?
Favorite part of my wedding was when we both took a moment for ourselves stepped back and just got to take the whole night in of celebrating our friends and family celebrating our big day together.
